Postage for Box Subscriptions
We have added the cost of shipping into the price of the subscription, so although you are paying shipping it doesn’t get added to the total bill.
We send our boxes out between the 10th and 15th of the month to make sure you receive yours by official unboxing day, the 30th of each month. The 30th is the day that we reveal the book and inclusions of the latest box. Depending on where you are, you may receive you box before this date – Lucky you!
We will add you parcel tracking to our system. It will be enclosed in the last email you receive from us tell you we have shipped your box. If you are concerned about where your box is, get in touch with us and we’ll be able to find out what’s happened.
Postage Companies we use
We send a majority of our parcels through Sendle. We also use Auspost for Remote areas and P.O. boxes
If for any reason you would like it to go through Auspost instead of Sendle please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and I can add your subscription to the Auspost list.
Postage for Other Items
Postage for individual items (eg. lite boxes) are proportionate to the size of the item. If you would like to receive an additional items in subscription box, let us know and we can add it to your box without charging postage
Corporate & Event Boxes
When we send you out a quote, we only charge what Auspost or Sendle will charge us to send the boxes, we will try and make it as cost efficient as possible to keep costs low.
